Shapewear can only prove itself under real clothes, on a real day. So we give you three months to find out — not a fortnight with the tags still on.

What the guarantee covers

• 90 days from the day your parcel is delivered
• A full refund of what you paid, to your original payment method
• Items that have been worn and washed — that is the point of it
• A free size exchange if the fit is the only thing that's wrong

Why 90 days and not 30

Most shapewear brands give you 30 days and require the item unworn. That combination means you can never really test it: a brief that feels fine in the bedroom mirror can still roll down by 3pm at a desk, or show a line under one particular dress.

The things women actually judge us on — whether the waistband holds through a full day, whether it stays invisible under a fitted skirt, whether it still shapes after ten washes — take weeks to find out, not minutes. So we made the window long enough to answer them.

How to claim

Email support@vestalini.com with your order number and one line on what didn't work. We reply within one business day with what to do next.

In many cases we don't even ask for the briefs back — where return postage would cost more than the item, we approve a refund and you keep them. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, that is on us. Send a photo with your order number and we replace it or refund you in full, including postage — and we do not count it against your 90 days.

Caring for them so they last

The guarantee is not conditional on this, but the briefs last far longer if you:

• Machine wash at 30°C with like colours
• Hang to dry — never tumble dry; heat is what kills the stretch
• Skip fabric softener and bleach, which break down the elastane

What isn't covered

• Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
• Damage from something other than normal wear — bleach, a tumble dryer, a snag from a zip
• Items bought from anywhere other than this store

Your legal rights

This guarantee is given voluntarily and adds to your rights. It does not affect your statutory entitlements under UK consumer law to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
