1.3 VESTALINI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

2.1 All products displayed are non-binding offers.

2.2 Placing an order and clicking "Pay Now" constitutes a binding purchase offer.

2.3 A purchase contract concludes once an order confirmation is sent or goods are dispatched.

2.4 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information including name, address, email, and payment details.

3. Prices, Payments & Taxes

3.1 Displayed prices include applicable UK VAT where relevant.

3.2 You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on residence, not included unless stated.

3.3 Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. Credit card details are not stored.

3.4 Completing a purchase authorises VESTALINI and logistics partners to act as your representative in customs clearance if required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Free tracked delivery within the UK takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

4.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order reaches the carrier.

4.4 VESTALINI does not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Returns & Refunds Policy, forming an integral part of these Terms.

5.1 Customers have 90 days from receipt of goods to request a return under our voluntary guarantee. This adds to the 14-day statutory cancellation right.

5.2 Items may be returned worn and washed. Proof of purchase is required. Damage caused by something other than normal wear — bleach, tumble-drying, snags — is not covered.

5.3 Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5.4 Refunds issue to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Guarantee

6.1 VESTALINI products carry a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, alongside cover for manufacturing defects.

6.2 Claims for a defect require the order number and a clear photograph of the fault. A change-of-mind refund requires only the order number.

6.3 Cover for defects excludes misuse, accidental damage, and alterations. Normal wear is expressly covered by the 90-day guarantee.

6.4 Statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Customer Obligations

7.1 Users agree not to misuse the site or products.

7.2 Providing false information may result in cancellation, liability for damages, or service refusal.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 VESTALINI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by carriers, customs, or third parties.

8.2 Liability for personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence is not excluded.

8.3 The garments sold on this site are items of shaping underwear intended for comfort and appearance only. They are not medical devices, they are not designed to treat, diagnose or prevent any condition, and they make no claim to alter body composition. If you are recovering from surgery or childbirth, speak to your doctor or midwife before wearing compression garments.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data processing complies with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Using the site constitutes consent to data collection, use, and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 UK and EU consumers retain protections under their country of residence laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 VESTALINI is not obliged or willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
